​Brandie
Brandie Courville is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy. Her passion for movement, physical health, and overall wellness are deeply ingrained in her values.
Brandie's journey to becoming a physical therapist began after sustaining an injury after completing an Ironman triathlon. As a patient, she realized the significance of the role of a physical therapist in returning to a fully functioning person. "This was the turning point, when I realized that my calling was to become a Physical Therapist."

Brandie's passions include leading others by teaching Les Mills RPM, Bodypump, and CXWorx fitness classes. Most recently, she has added Pilates and Barre to her teaching repertoire.

Brandie is a graduate of LSU Shreveport Allied Health Science Center, and she is excited to use her passion for teaching and clinical skills to help others.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that your time is valuable andwill try our best to accomodat3e all true emergencies by offering the opportunity to re-schedule at no charge. For all non-emergency situations, if you need to cancel, we respectfully request at least 12-hour notice. Any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service will result in 50% of the original service fee and will be charged to your credit card. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accomodate you in this event, the same cancellation fee will apply.

Are services limited to City Club members?Non City Club members will be granted a 7 day free pass to utilize the City Club facilities as well as scheduled appointments.

Are your services covered by insurance?Belle Vie Physical Therapy is considered an Out-of-Network provider. This means we do not have a contract with insurance companies or Medicare. One of the benefits to you as a patient or client is that we are not goverened by big insurance companies and have the autonomy to individualize your plan of care to best suit your needs. If you would like to seek reimbursement for your visits, we can help you obtain the proper documentation to pursue reimbursement. Please feel free to request more information, and we will gladly guide you through the process.

What can I expect from my sessions? How long are sessions?Each 60-minute session is one on one and customized to suit your needs and goals. During the initial evaluation the first 15 minute session is typically spent listening to your goals and needs, then discussing a plan of care. The remainder of the session is typically spent performing therapeutic exercises of the Pilates reformer (equipment), manual therapy, or any other patient-specific modalities.

What should I wear or bring?Please wear something comfortable that will allow you to move freely. Wear something you would normally exercise in. Due to safety protocals, we kindly ask only the person scheduled arrive for the scheduled appointment. You may want to bring your own water bottle.

How many sessions do you recommend?According to scientific evidence, a three-times-a-week program yields the greatest results. However, we understand everyone has different schedules. We will work together to develop a flexible plan to best suit your needs and busy lifestyle.

I'm a beginner, and I have never done Pilates. Can I still participate?"Absolutely! Pilates offers endless modifcations, making it appropriate for nearly everyone.
