If you are healing from surgery, a recent injury, or suffering with chronic pain, such treatments and services include, but are not limited to, manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercises, cupping, kinesiotaping, trigger point release techniques, lymphatic drainage, postural re-education, balance and fall prevention.
INITIAL EVALUATION:
$110 for City Club Members | $125 for non City Club Members

Private 1:1 Pilates with a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy, general strength and conditioning for runners and triathletes, pre and post natal care, and pelvic floor conditioning!
