Belle Barre is a class that combines Pilates, dance, balance and functional fitness training. In the class we incorporate small, isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, and large range of motion exercises to elevate the heart rate to make every minute count!

Belle Vie Physical Therapy and Pilates, LLC reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet the 3 person minimum requirement. In this case you will be issued a refund for the full amount. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
